ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIAS
• Those who come from a disadvantaged background as outlined by the AAMC
Medical Minority Applicant
Registry (Med-MAR).
• Currently enrolled in a Miami-Dade County college/university or medical school OR
• Currently, a Miami-Dade County resident enrolled in
any college/university or medical school.
• Applicants must be in good academic standing.

PROCESS
Fill out the application on our website and submit the necessary documents. Once complete, the board members will review your application. You will be notified by email regarding the status of your application.
ABOUT THE
SCHOLARSHIP
The purpose of the scholarship is to assist Miami-Dade County underserved pre-medical and medical students in their pursuit of higher education through scholarships to cover MCAT and USMLE examination fees allowing for increased opportunity.
